Juliana's cyclizar was unusual, fire-engine red with a great, sweeping crest, but he was the sweetest cyclizar Mom had ever met. And she'd been a bit lonely, lately, so it was a welcome surprise when he dropped home to visit while Juliana was in class. (Literally dropped, out of the sky, square into the garden, which would've been a sight even with a cyclizar of normal size.) Flattened flowers aside he was well-behaved, and darling company when they rode to Los Platos for shopping... although, when they returned, her bag of sandwich fixings was mysteriously lighter than it had started.
